astromara.com is operated by Paul O'Mara, trading as Astromara. We provide written astrology reports (delivered as PDFs), free online charts, horoscope content and the Personal Chart Reading by O'Mara.
By accessing this website or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
You must be 18 years of age or over to purchase any paid report or reading from astromara.com. By purchasing, you confirm that you are 18 or over. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot confirm this requirement.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not see or store your card details at any point.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Customers outside the UK may be charged currency conversion fees by their card issuer; we have no control over these charges.
The Birth Chart, Solar Return, Compatibility and Year Ahead reports are generated from your birth data shortly after payment, reviewed by Paul before release, and then delivered to you by email. Delivery is usually within 24 hours, often sooner, and may take up to 48 hours during busy periods. This review step is why we do not promise instant delivery — every report that reaches you has been seen by Paul.
The Personal Chart Reading by O'Mara is composed by Paul personally. Delivery typically takes 48–72 hours from the time of purchase. If delivery will take longer due to volume or personal circumstance, you will be contacted by email.
The accuracy of your report depends on the accuracy of the birth details you provide. If you do not know your exact birth time, houses and Ascendant cannot be calculated precisely and reports will note this limitation.
Reports generated from incorrect birth details are non-refundable. If you realise you submitted incorrect details, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will do our best to help.
Automated PDF reports (Birth Chart, Solar Return, Compatibility, Year Ahead): by purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right to cancel once delivery has begun, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Refunds after delivery are therefore at our discretion, save where the report is defective (see below).
Personal Chart Reading by O'Mara: Paul begins reading your chart shortly after purchase. If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase and before Paul has started the reading, and we will provide a full refund. After Paul has begun reading, the service is considered partly performed and refunds are at our discretion. We will always offer to hold the reading in credit if you have a genuine reason such as a family emergency.
Your Consumer Rights: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a replacement or refund if a report is genuinely defective — for example, if it cannot be opened, contains the wrong name or birth data, or if it is not delivered. This right is not affected by these terms. To claim, please contact us at omara@paulomara.com within 30 days of delivery.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paul O'Mara, trading as Astromara, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our services or from decisions made on the basis of any reading, chart or written interpretation provided.
Our services are provided for entertainment and personal reflection only. We make no claim that readings are accurate, prophetic or a reliable basis for any decision of substance.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot by law be excluded or limited.

Reports purchased from astromara.com are licensed to you personally for your own private use. You may not resell, redistribute or publish your report.
